At Misk-Chic, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

✅ Exchange requests are accepted only for wrong, defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

❌ Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or color preference
  • Personal dislikes
  • Any reason other than receiving a wrong or damaged product

How to Request an Exchange

Step 1: Raise an Exchange Request

  1. Go to My OrdersOrder DetailsExchange.
  2. Select your preferred exchange option.

Step 2: Submit Required Proof

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video showing the issue

You may choose to:

  • Exchange for the same product/variant, or
  • Purchase a different product and complete checkout if there is any additional amount payable.

Product Pickup Conditions

The product will be eligible for pickup only if:

  • It is unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • Original packaging is intact

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the exchange request may be rejected.


Exchange Processing

  • The replacement product will be shipped only after the returned product has been successfully picked up and verified.
  • If the exchanged product value is lower than the returned product value, any eligible refund will be initiated after successful verification.
  • No refund or exchange will be provided if the returned product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or not returned with original tags and packaging.

Important Notes

  • Exchange approval is subject to verification of the submitted images, unboxing video, and returned product condition.
  • The company reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not comply with the above policy.
